The Remington SP-94 replacement cutters are extremely sharp and cut pretty close to the skin - not as close as a manual razor, but I'll trade a close shave for a shave that doesn't leave me with painful razor burn like manual razors tend to. The cutters mount onto spring-loaded plastic holders and are very secure.
The replacement screens are easy to install and are flexible and comfortable on the skin, even around the jawline.
I change the cutters once every 4-6 months on average to ensure they stay sharp, though I'm sure they would last longer. The screens occasionally get little holes in them in the middle of a shave and the sharp edges around the holes in the screen have cut my face a few times. I always keep a couple extra sets of replacement screens/cutters on hand so I can replace them as necessary.
The screens and cutters are easy to clean with the little cleaning brush that comes with most Remington razors.
Overall, I think the Remington SP-94 replacement screens and cutters are a good product. Aside from the screens getting holes in them due to normal wear and tear and cutting my face, I am very pleased with these and I will continue to use them.
The local retail stores in my area stopped carrying these replacement screens/cutters a few months ago so I was extremely happy to find them on Amazon. The price is about $6 less than I used to pay at the retail store and the fact that they qualify for free super-saver shipping (I bought two sets to take advantage of that) makes this a really good deal.
